The Good:-The people at the front desk are very helpful and fun (reflecting the mood of the place)-The common area is pretty cool and would be useful for a group. more on TripAdvisor

The decor has lots of bright colors, robots, etc. Really this is an old motel (yes a motel) that is converted to a more contemporary space. more on TripAdvisor

The Joie de Vivre hotel chain did a pretty good job of taking an old Holiday Inn and turning it into a clean, comfortable, and uniquely (if not eclectically) decorated motel. Great location too, right ... more on TripAdvisor
