The Best Western is clean and overall the staff was friendly but there is no pool or amenities that make you go "Wow!". The elevator is EXTREMELY slow - it goes both down and up from the lobby and when we were there, one of the two elevators was not working. It took a long time to go any where! Excellent Value, Nice Rooms, Great LA Location
We found the Gateway to be a really nice convenient location for an LA vacation. Our room was spotlessly clean and modern. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home!
