Perfect Location. Somewhat Reasonable

Ocean View Best Western is right on Ocean Avenue. A few steps from the Promenade and from the beach. It's a perfect location and is a perfectly decent hotel. New Ownership, the hotel is surprisingly fine

After reading some of these terrible reviews, I almost cancelled my reservation. When I got there, the lobby was nice and bright, perfect location, and for $209 per night + $19 for parking + tax for an ocean view room ON the beach in S.M., it is a steal.
