Halls were not venelated

The swimming pool had not been cleaned, it was filled with tree and leave liter. The halls had a strange ordor. The rooms were stripped down with no lounge chair in a large vacant area. An OK room for the night but expected / priced at more. Staff were friendly but ineffective. Wake-up calls not made; Internet problems not corrected; the list goes on.
