Worst hotel in Monterey, CA

The hotel manager did not honor the yahoo reservation. Even after a yahoo customer called and spoke with the manager to confirm my reservation, the guy still refused to give me a room at the reservation price. Nice and clean - pretty good for the price

The room was clean, spacious, neat and tidy. The linen was like new (spotless clean). So was the bathroom. The shower curtain seemed a little old but wasnt untidy. Stay Away-Awful Awful Dishonest

We stayed at Pacific Best and It was really Pacific Worst. We had paid for a queen bed and they put us in a Full that was smaller than a Full should be.
