not so good customer service
Although the rooms were fine, the staff was awful! There were accidently two reservations made in our name by the bride at a wedding we attended in Solvang. Rustic and cozy but not for everyone
I have mixed feelings about this Inn. On the one hand it was quaint and charming. The hotel and cabins are rustic in decor. The room we were in had a wonderful, HUGE bath tub big enough for my 6'3 inch husband to soak in. It had a wonderful fireplace too. But it turned out we needed the fireplace... Can't complain for the money
My husband and I stayed here about 3 years ago, when it was still called Three Kroner Inn, and although not impressed with the front desk treatment, we liked our room and enjoyed our stay.
