Reasonable, But Not Great

I spent Labor Day Weekend at the Best Western Timber Cove Lodge. The place looks a lot better on the Web site than it does in real life. We paid extra for a "lakeview" room. Eeek............ there is a mouse in the bed!!!!!!

Yes, that is what I said. We had room 501. It was a beautiful ground floor lake front room. When we first arrived at the hotel the room that we had originally booked was not yet ready. The person at the front desk told us what number it was going to be so while we were waiting we went to check it out. It was number 204. When we got to the beach and located that room we noticed the people in the room next to us had 4 children. They were playing on our patio and their toys were all over what was to be our patio. To top it off the father of these children was barbequing on the patio with a FULL sized BBQ. Which in itself was amazing to me. Did he travel with it?? Also isn't that a fire hazard?
