My husband & I have been there several times & never had a problem until resently. We've always requested the same room, but it was occupied at the time, so we settled for any room. As far as feeling Royal, I guess its the best you can get from an Inn. Compared to they're neighbor Traveler's Inn, they have a bath tub/with jet spa...Thats about the best they have to offer.
