There was a lot of activity each night on the Public Parking lot between the hotel and the beach. Teenagers and loud music blocked the sound of the ocean. If you are between the ages of 12 and 25, this hotel is for you. Patrons partying in parking lot-loudly.cursing. Firecrackers-( we hope they were firecrackers), minors from several rooms without parental control),running in the halls past 1:AM. Bathroom sink is in hotel room- not in the bathroom.... This was our second time staying here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony that overlooked the ocean, which was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
