The Hotel Mt. Lassen is the best classical hotel I have ever stayed in. more on TripAdvisor

Some quick notes: First-they have free Wireless Internet (Wi Fi), Cable tv on new LCD screens, and what has to be one of the most comfortable beds I've yet to encounter. more on TripAdvisor

I had one of the best chicken Caesar salads I can remember, and my wife had a delicious soup of chicken, artichoke, and spinach. more on TripAdvisor
