3.0: Convenient Location

Came to Sylmar to visit relatives so location of this hotel was very convenient. Room was okay but other hotel amenities were rated zero. The "continental" breakfast was absolutely terrible! 1.0: Don't Stay Here!

Whatever you do, don't stay here! The rooms are dirty and noisy. The front desk people are rude. Vending Machines are empty. However, the worst part of the stay was that there was NO hot water for showers in the morning! I have now attempted to speak to the manager ... terestivo, a user of Tripadvisor. Priced somewhat high compared to similiar motels in the area, and no places to eat close by. The people were pleasant at check-in, and the room was clean and cozy. The pool and jacuzzi are nice.
