Medicore Property - Useless Housekeeping and General Manager
I choose Hilton brands for the quality of the rooms, but am finding that the Doubletree brand is slipping quickly. My stay at the Doubletree Torrance / South Bay CA was this type of situation. I arrived at the hotel around 10:45pm; on Sunday 8:15am on Tuesday October 23. This is a long review, but if you don't have time to read it, the review title says it all. Before arriving at the hotel, I called, as I frequently do, to request that I have foam (or non feather) pillows available for my room, and was assured that this was not a problem. When I cheeked in and inquired I was told that they would send them up. At that point, I dropped my bags in the room and went down to the bar / restaurant to have a light meal.
