Below average for a courtyard
The hotel is brand new (opened begining of July, my stay was from July 19-22. Houskeeping staff was excellent. Hotel is new. Problem is the front desk staff is incompetent, made the check in process a hassle, even with a Marriott - Gold level rewards card and a reservation. Very good. Just out of the package.
Brand new Courtyard just off the 5 in Santa Clarita, so cleanliness, maintenance aren't an issue (I should hope) and they rate a 5. Some of the other things about this hotel I liked and didn't: (Everything is rated 1 through 5, 5 best) TV (5/5): 32 inch HD flat panel (but no HD channels). Plenty ...
