The Vagabond Inn Ventura is a bang for your buck! It may be an older motel, but it is well maintained and the bathroom was cleaner than the one at the Crowne Plaza. While the beds aren't the quality of a 5 star hotel, but they are comfortable. I stayed for two nights and found my non-smoking room... andreaseitz, a user of Yahoo! Travel. Good food friendly service

We were staying at the Best Western Ventura on E. Thompson Blvd. for the night and the desk clerk told us that we could get a good meal next door at the Vagabond.
