My husband and I first stayed at the St. George in April 2006 for a wedding. Coming from a big city we were innitially shocked at how small the town of Volcano actually is. Very Happy Wedding Guests

We arrived after an easy and beautiful drive through the Amador Wine Country. We checked in a little early and ate lunch in the saloon. Hated the dinner

Terrible dinner,,,The special was pan fried halibut with a crab hash, it was overdone. The other entre was med rare rack of lamb, which came burnt on the outside and cold inside.
