The website indicates that it is a beautiful hotel with all of the amenities. Upon arrival, it was obvious that the pictures on the website did not reflect accurately. This is a place I would not take my mother-in-law. The springs are popping up in the mattress. The Ice machine and coke machine do not work. The phones ring wrong rooms in the motel. This is the worst motel in many of years of travel that I have ever been to. We didn't even stay the night because it was so bad. The sheets had crumbs on them, there was snot on the pillow and gum on the headboard. The sink was stopped up and there were stains on the chair and floor. Right outsi... Do Not Stay Here Under Any Circumstances, Including Death.
Disgusting. We arrived to find a barefoot young wife and husband screaming at each other outside the manager’s office. The manager, who was in the office, made no move to stop the fighting/yelling. Don't let their website fool you, it's actually a motel. The people were friendly enough, but the room didn't have a fridge as advertised, it was stocked with minimal towels, we had no ice bucket or coffee cups, the bathroom door stuck, the carpet was gross, bulbs were burnt out over the vanity, ...
