I was completely shocked with this Hyatt Hotel! I usually stay at the Hyatt throughout the U.S. and the world and I have never seen such a low standard. The hotel wasn't worth its price. Not Hyatt-like

I stayed here one night while working a few days at a business in Beverly Hills. My company tries to keep a lid on costs, and finding reasonable accomodations in this part of LA is hard. Wait until 2008; sorely needed renovation in progress

This hotel is currently undergoing a sorely needed, major renovation. During my May 2007 stay, the room featured faded carpet, stained furniture, waterlogged nightstands, and a loose shower curtain rod that fell down twice -- once after asking the front desk to attend to it.
