There are reviews about this hotel from over a year ago saying it's construction...well it still is. 2.0: Beware of their telephone service

When I stayed at this hotel I used my Pacific Bell telephone card to place a few short calls. The hotel uses ZPDI which charged me more than $4 per minute. Driving up to the hotel (cough), one sees a four floor building and would think - OK, its a hotel; WRONG - that is only a SMALL part of it; most of the property is MOTEL based --- doors facing out to the parking lot, bathroom windows looking over other parking lots, etc. I will say that the rooms... ukscots, a user of Tripadvisor. 2.0: Under major reconstruction

If all you want is a room for the night, the current "construction" price is right. They charged $65. I booked through Best Western and they had a warning about construction posted.
