Impersonal Competence
We stayed for two weekend nights. There is nothing fundamentally wrong--the checkin was smooth, room was clean, etc. But, unlike other hotels, no employee welcomed us, smiled, remembered, went out of his/her way, etc. I realize there are much worse things one can say about hotels, but this was st... chap4, a user of Tripadvisor.
