We have stayed at this motel at least once a year for the past several years, be cause of it's location and because it takes pets, and have had some pretty bad experiences in the past. Needs Improvement

Don't use this hotel unless you're desperate. We didn't even get room keys, well we did but they didn't work. The clerk at the desk came and opened our room with his master key and then told us (after we checked in) that the keys and or lock mechanism didn't work so we wouldn't need our keys...th... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
