The Hotel Jerome is one of the finest hotels and lives up to its reputation. The service of the entire staff and particularly the bellmen and concierges is impeccable. We recently stayed at this hotel and truly did not want to come home. We arrived seven hrs late after a nightmare ordeal dealing with united airlines in the denver airport. We stayed in room 116 and every morning we were awoken at 0615 by the sound of the linen service raising and lowering the lift gate on the service truck to load linen carts.
