Friendly & helpful on the phone, making reservations was a snap, sent e-mail confirmation of reservations, check-in was quick and easy, staff was helpful, friendly, and informative, room was clean and ready, bedding was clean and smelled fresh, bathroom and dressing area very clean, called after I got to the room to see if I needed anything, breakfast was good, several things to choose from, rooms were quiet, would stay again!!! more on Yahoo!
