A change of pace

We just walked in off the street and got a room for $69. The place does have authentic turn of the century charm. If you are looking for the luxury of a restored Victorian mansion, however , this is not the place for you. Old world charm

The Imperial is an old 1800's hotel. It has been updated. You enter the front desk area & the "cage" so to speak is still there. The check in desk. Travelers Beware

My husband and I booked a room at the Imperial for our anniversary and it turned out to be the worst choice we ever made. We paid over $80 for one night, and besides the torn wall paper, cigarette burns in the carpet, holes in the bathroom door, cobwebs, exposed wall insulation, snowy T.V. servic... Great vacation/reunion

What a wonderful Casino/Hotel. The building and rooms are authentic. It felt like we were reliving the "old West". The Rooster Bar is a great place to meet old friends. Careful!

The rooms were not that great in my opinion. I like to sleep without hearing what is going on in the next room or down the hall. We got lucky and had a bathroom in our room but our friends had to get up at 5:00 in the am to be able to take a hot shower in the community bathroom down the hall from...
