Let me begin by saying that I don't feel that this location is representative of a sheraton hotel. The employees are very unprofessional and aggressive. I stayed at this location for five days. Former Sheraton now independently owned and horribly run...Dreadful.
I and 7 college friends reserved 4 double rooms for a June 21-24, 2007 bachelor party. When we checked in Thursday afternoon, not one of our rooms was even on the same floor as requested.
