We stayed at Loew's Denver in January '06 for three days. Our room was on the upper floors (pets are allowed in lower floors) where it was quiet, comfortable bed, housecoats, fluffy towels. Exit the airport on Pena Blvd and continue south for about 10 miles. Take Exit 1A/I-70. Proceed west on I-70. Take Exit 276B/Colorado Blvd. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Colorado Blvd and proceed south for about 5 miles. Turn left onto E Mississippi Ave, and hotel is immediately on right.
