5.0: Great Family Reunion locale

We just got back from a Family Reunion the first week of July. Besides the perfect mountain weather (mid 40s to mid 70s and plenty of sunshine), this location was hard to beat. This upscale home was located in the gated community of Arrowhead, within 5-10 minutes of Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. The owner had advertised eight bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 28. Truthfully, there were only 6 true bedrooms, but it probably could sleep up to 28 comfortably if you add up all of the sleeper sofas as well.
