I can not tell you how much we wanted to enjoy The Stanley. Sadly, our review is mixed. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms exceptional. Front desk very friendly. Coffee shop on lowest level very nice. The restaurant was very overpriced and food left alot to be desired. The room - an airless attic closet.

At 11:00 at night the room was over 80 degrees. We kept hitting our heads on the sloping attic ceiling. The windows looked as though they had not been cleaned in decades.
