The complex itself is very, very basic with a rather faded indoor pool and hot tub area but an about average laundry facility. more on TripAdvisor

The town of Frisco is a great place to stay while on a ski trip as it is only minutes away from several ski resorts, many fine places to eat and a cute little downtown area to walk around. more on TripAdvisor

The Ten Mile Creek condo complex is only one block away from the downtown so you really can walk there if you wish and there seems to be bus stops in town for people who wish to use them to go skiing. more on TripAdvisor
