Terrible Customer Service
We called and reserved our room for a family wedding in June last January requesting a room with a king bed and overlooking the parking lot with a view of the mountains. beautiful setting in the mountains and great staff!
Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights July 6-8th, 2007. We were staying for my sisters wedding which was held at Genesse, 2 exits east. The staff was very helpful.
