Worst Ever
I agree with " Run don't Walk ". I only wish I had read these reviews first. The tooting trains go by all night long, got no sleep. We stayed here two nights while our son moved into UNC dorms. A lot of the hotels were not available during College move in weekend so we came to this one My first complaint is the smell of the hotel not the city. It is musty old and never goes away. As I walked into my first room, there was a fan located one foot from the door blowing toward the bathroom and a very strong odor of MOLD/MILDEW. we booked this poalce because breakfast came with room - I did not want to be near railroad trakcs and the Greely smell bu on sunday trying to find place to eat is hard so included breakfast was the deal checked the night before on its hours we went down before its was closed but it was closed! b... Poor desk service untrained help
I stayed at the Best Western for 2 Nights Aug 13th & 14th. Check in was difficult as I had made 2 separate one night reservations and no matter how I tried to explain it I could tell the desk clerk did not understand me.
