Do not stay here
My boyfriend stayed at Summerfield for 4 weeks on business. I joined him for the last week. We had stayed here in Dec. 2006 and found it to be just fine then. However, this was a terrible trip and we will never stay here again. As luck would have it, the night I arrived, a piece in the toilet tank broke and we could not flush using the lever. At 9pm, I called the front desk and was told that housekeeping would come up. I said this was a maintenance issue, but was ignored, and a few minutes later, housekeeping came up with a plunger. So about 20 minutes was wasted. I then assumed maintenance would come up and replace the broken part. When 15 minutes went by, I called the front desk and was told that the maintenance man (note singular) was out of town, his replacement had gone home and could not be reached, was not answering his phone.
