I used the Hilton Garden Inn in Highlands Ranch as the place for guests to stay for my August 2007 wedding. I had close to 40 guests staying at the hotel including my parents as well as my husbands parents and other guests. All was going great, guests were thrilled with the service and the hotel until the evening of my wedding. I had booked to have a shuttle to take my guests to the reception and then back to the hotel after the reception. Some guests (not all) received notes in their rooms with a letter indicating that they needed to sign up for pre-set times for the shuttle to take them back and forth.
