All you need to bring is food and drin K: the cabin had 2 comfortable queen beds, a kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and a reasonable selection of pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery, and a bat ... more on TripAdvisor

In our view this fit in nicely with the charm of the place. more on TripAdvisor

Apparently the restaurant also has a good bar, but you might need to dress up a bit or drop June and Bob's name to the owner, because we got turned away in our fleeces and trainers! more on TripAdvisor

All the fixtures, fittings and furniture were in good working order and clean, but they were old fashioned and dated! more on TripAdvisor

Allenspark also has a 5 star restaurant (which was way too expensive for us with entrees from 35 to 140 dollars). more on TripAdvisor
