Went to B&B for parents 50th Anniversity. Our entire family had a great time. The hotel is located close to shopping and dining. Kevin and Nancy are the BEST!!!! I can't wait to go back to the Avenue!

By the time I booked my trip to Colorado Springs for Parents' Weekend at Colorado College, the "usual suspects" were all booked up. Loved the location and bed and breakfast!

The location is on Manitou Avenue which is the main street in Manitou Springs. It is convenient to walk around the shops and restaurants, and Colorado Springs is a short drive if you need to get into town. The B&B is very nice and historical. From I-25 take Exit 141 West (towards the mountains) approx. 4 miles to 1st Manitou exit. Continue on Manitou Ave. West 1.2 miles to Hotel. Drive past to Otoe, turn left 1 block and left to rear of property for parking on the street (Duclo)
