Never stay there again

The rooms need to be updated to go with the high price. Mattresses are well used and lumpy. 4 of us stayed in a room and part of the room smelled bad. The breakfast was awful, unless you made waffles.

Good if you stay 1 night.

We stayed 2 nights. Never had maid service except to make the bed. Worst continental breakfast ever had. Fruit was dried up, bread and rolls stale. Had to keep asking for coffee. I believe in customer service and respect for other people's interest in the safety of the family. The manager of this hotel refused to cancel the reservation dispite the fact we had concern for the road conditions. She did not care and was only about the money for the room.
