Great Hotel, Very Friendly Staff!

My husband and I were on a week long motorcycle trip from Colorado Springs to Ouray, Colorado the week of June 21st. Our first night we stayed in Pagosa Springs at the Best Western. I mainly chose this hotel based on price. Our first night we stayed here and the front desk personell were absolutely wonderful, cheerful and courteous. Hated this hotel;Filthy HAS BEST WESTERN OR AAA STAYED HERE?

Basically thiis place will suck if you have an income level of over 10K. We travel 240+days a year and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We had to stay here because every other hotel was booked. The hotel looks of if it has never been renovated since the 60's, same stinky cigarette smell in the walls and carpet, same mattresses, ... jbway, a user of Tripadvisor.
