Would not return

Excellent people, cleanliness and value!

This hotel, despite the other review, was just what I was looking for. It was immaculate and had a host of amenities that other hotels in Pagosa Springs who charge the same price don't. Very mediocre room, with a high class price

we have stayed at three hotels up the hill in pagosa springs. not a single one left us to vacation as comfortable as the First Inn. great homemade continental breakfast made fresh daily, really no store bought muffins or pastries. unbelievable ...
