Where to start?
There really is no evidence of a cleaning staff. We stayed in room 211, the room from hell. There were bugs everywhere, a light bulb was out, the bathroom had hair everywhere, the trash was not taken out from the last ocupant, they provided us with no soap, ... Beautiful architecture, spanish style hotel. The service was great. A nice veriety of beakfast foods were set out every morning. The grounds are landscaped with the environment in mind. Having stayed at the Inn in Pueblo West many time over the years we were disappointed to see that it is not being kept up.
