Request an Itemized Invoice

I reviewed the Website and then contacted the facility directly! Monarch Mountain Lodge posts a "Special Family Camp" [--] of $1095.00 "All-Inclusive for a group of 4" Requires 1/2 of your Fee upfront and advertises "No Refunds" and also "Trip Insurance." We reserved the "Family Camp for 4 - All Inclusive" and arrived with only 3 person's. Reserved up front an additional room be added to the "Family Camp for 4 - All Inclusive." Paid our 1/2 deposit upfront as required by their web page advertisement of the camp.. Requested/Received an invoice in advance of our arrival. On the advance invoice they had broken down the "All-Inclusive Rate for 4" showing a per person charge. They also broke down the room charges per room, per night at $39.00 per night on two in advance invoices that I received by snail mail prior to our arrival. Great Setting...Really needs help though

We totally enjoyed 'Family Camp

We recently stayed at the Monarch Mountain Lodge for 'Family Camp'. Originally scheduled to arrive in July, but due to a family emergency had to postpone to August. The quote for the camp, and what we paid, were the same. I did upgrade to a 5th floor room for the view. Family campers are generally on the 1st and 2nd floors, which also house the pool and game rooms. If you are looking for a 'resort' look elsewhere.
