Horrible 1st week of vacation
""We tried for a week to allow this hotel to rectify several issues. One really Rude staff member, accused of smoking in room, moved to upper floor becuase lower floors you hear ever step the people take in rooms above. Stayed 2 nights May 20th and 21st. Room was clean. Received call from front desk shortly after arrival to make sure things were O.K. Nice touch!
