5.0: Great experience

Let me preface that I am a skier and have been going to Vail for winter and summers for a long long time and have stayed in many hotels both in Vail and Lionshead. This was a ladies ski trip for us as my friend's husband stayed at home. We both have been skiing Vail for over 30 years so Vail is home to us. I am going expound on my stay as I feel so strongly about the new Tivoli and what an asset it is to Vail and the price value that it offers. It is amazing as to what the Lazier family accomplished in building their new hotel. We arrived and were blown away first of all by the beautiful European style stone building. Environmentally the automatic entry door is correct even though at times you think oh no but it does help to control the heat. We entered and then wandered in awe for about five minutes taking in the large lobby area, looking at the artwork, the warmth of the furniture, and the spaciousness of the check-in area.
