Good but they cut corners.
Definitely over-priced. Wouldn't pay more than $120/night for this hotel. Rooms are clean, linens are cheap, beds are poor to moderate. Shower is nice. Furnishings are nice. perfect for us
We stayed here just for a night while in Avon for a family party and were more than happy with our choice. I booked thru the Marriot website, and chose the Residence Inn for it's convenince to our destination, as well as for the sleeping arrangements (we were a party of 2 adults and 2 teenagers.)...
