unresponsive staff--needs to be trained on customer service--that the customer comes first--rooms are a little better than a college dorm room. 1.0: now we know where the shower scene from Psycho was filmed

Be warned- this property is nothing like the website. We rejected the first room we were shown because it was filthy and there were dead insects visible under the chairs. Went there for dinner. Setting was ok but very average. Not grand or luxe. The food was just ok, nothing special and very , very expensive for dining in that area.
