We can echo the previous reviewer of the Cos Cob Inn not being what we expected--not bad, just different. The Inn is in a large house, but has a distinct hotel feel to it. I don't think it should be classified as a Bed & Breakfast by any means, since breakfast is just a continental selection and not a meal served from the host. This is the second time I've stayed at the Cos Cob Inn. I have visited for only 2-3 days at a time for family events. I have a brother living nearby. We stayed at the Cos Cob Inn last summer. I was looking for an outpost so we could so daytrips in the Western part of the state for the first half of the week, and then we were planning on finishing out the week in Mystic. This inn was nice, but a bit of a weird experience. When we arrived, we realized you had to go across the street to this shipyard under major construction. There was a ...
