Unfortunately, the staff of this hotel do not know a thing about safety. I requested that I am not on the first floor but they were supposedly all booked and that I had to stay on the first floor. Just OK for a Hilton
We stayed on business for 10 days in July. Check- in was prompt and freshly baked cookies are at the front desk most of the time. The front desk staff is usually very friendly. This hotel has always met the mark of being clean, professional, friendly, upper class but fairly priced.
