Mixed Messages
Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Enfield Crowne Plaza. The property is certainly attractive and there are signs all over that they "want to do their best for you", but the fact is that they fell short in a number of areas. First thing that didn't go as planned was the hotel shuttle from the airport. When I called to tell them I'm coming, they said that the shuttle left from the United baggage claim at 544pm.
