When I asked for a non-smoking room I was given a 2nd floor room with no view and it was a handicapped accessible room. more on Hotels.com

I have no idea how the Goodwin Hotel ranked on the list as one of the Best hotels for your budget, unless you stay for free like Gov. Rowland or have a budget such as Trump or Gates. more on CitySearch
