Location and Comfort

I visit the area about 5 times a year on business and discovered this wonderful hotel when the hotel I usually stay at was sold out. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly valet that offered to park my car. My company does not allow anyone to drive the rental cars, so I parked on Main St righ... By A Yahoo! Definitely worth the stay

Unfortunately the reason why we were here was because of a funeral for a close relative in late Feb of this year (2005). We are originally from Ct and moved to Virginia. We had about 4 or 5 rooms reserved for relatives from different states as well. So basically it was kind of like a family reuni... A TripAdvisor Member, a user of Tripadvisor. Wonderful New Hotel

I had the pleasure of staying here last weekend. The rooms, staff, and especially the Tavern Restaurant are really great. The hotel offers a lovely indoor swimming pool, and also had valet parking so you don't have to drive around trying to find an empty spot. AAA discounts are available sometime... Trying Hard - But Not There Yet
