great welcome

we stayed here twice as a family as part of our relocation to the area - it was marvellous. Very welcoming and homely - great breakfast and advice on all sorts of issues.

Not worth the price

Stayed at the Heritage Inn last weekend. Rooms were nothing more than oridinary. TVs are way to small and so are the bathrooms. There were small holes in our room. For a self proclamined historic inn the paintings on the wall of our rooms could be found at a tag sale. Also it very very noisy, esp... gman201, a user of Tripadvisor. What a disappointment

Do you enjoy thin walls, train tracks next to your small room, and unfriendly front desk staff with a price tag of $145? Then the Heritage Inn of New Milford is just the place.
