Booked a non-smoking room through the web, was placed in smoking room. No room divider as stated in the web photo and description. Unless you consider a 6" outcrop of the wall a divider. Never Again!
Dirty, worn and smelled like stale cigarettes. We thought that since it was a well known chain hotel that their standards would be higher but unfortunately that was not the case.
